  If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I suffer from anxiety and a MAJOR fear of the Dentist and have my whole life. I have been here in the past and Dr. Deborah Petronio and she was great and allowed me to use laughing gas for my procedure. This time around I met with Dr. Michael Moore and his assistant Rebecca and they convinced me to go in with no laughing gas and just trust them. It took everything in me to do that but after meeting with them I felt maybe I could... and I did just that and I am so thankful because now I am going to go regularly and have gotten over my fear of the Dentist. Dr. Moore and Rebecca continued checking on me regularly through procedure and easing me in to everything at a slow pace and just being so caring and personable and it was all appreciated. I live in Lackawanna and drive all the way out to East Aurora and will be a lifetime patient. I have also referred two people already who had the same issue I did..one who is now driving an hour to go to this office! It doesn't even end with the doctors the women in the office at the front desk right down to the woman who does the billing and appointments at the end are amazing. It is so nice to see professional and caring customer service skills at businesses especially now a days. If you are afraid and nervous..make the move and go in here I promise you will not regret it. Thank you East Aurora Dental you have helped me more than you know!
