    I have gone to this location a few times to get my vacuum serviced and had relatively little issue. I do think that they should hire more staff in this store though, the person who works there seems a bit overwhelmed at times which is understandable when you are the only person working in the store and you are trying to fix vacuums, sell vacuums on the floor and tend to people at the register. When trying to get an update on the status of my repair I would be told that I would get a call back in an hour and after 6 hours when I call back the person who runs the store sounded almost annoyed that I was calling back again. Not the greatest customer service but I think this can be easily remedied with more staff.
